5. Liability for Damages

• Covered Items: Lancaster Mover will take every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of your belongings. However, we are not responsible for damages to items not packed by our staff or damages due to customer-provided packing materials.
• Insurance: We offer standard valuation protection for your goods. Additional insurance coverage may be available upon request for high-value items.

6. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal reasons, we will not transport the following:

• Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable, explosive, or corrosive items)
• Illegal substances
• Perishable food or plants
• Animals

7. Limitation of Liability
